NIN Enrolment Requirements & Fees (UK Centre)
Ensure you have the following documentation ready before your visit to our centre.
Securing a valid NPC (National Population Commission) certificate is a mandatory prerequisite prior to attending your NIN appointment. Without this documentation, your NIN enrolment cannot be processed.
STEP 1: OBTAIN NPC CERTIFICATE
- Visit the NPC portal
- Go to Services → Attestation
- Fill out the form
- Pay $20 online
- Download your Attestation Certificate
- Bring it to the centre
- Visit the NPC portal
- Go to Services → Birth Registration
- Complete the registration form
- Pay $20 online
- Obtain the Birth Registration Certificate
- Bring it to the centre
- Visit the NPC portal
- Go to Services → Foreign Birth Notification
- Fill out the form
- Pay $20 online
- Download the certificate
- Bring it to the centre
Key Requirement: You must present a valid electronic copy of the certificate. Without it, enrolment cannot be processed.
