Securing a valid NPC (National Population Commission) certificate is a mandatory prerequisite prior to attending your NIN appointment. Without this documentation, your NIN enrolment cannot be processed.

- Download your Attestation Certificate
- Bring it to our centre

- Go to Services → Birth Registration
- Complete the registration form
- Pay fees online
- Obtain the Birth Registration Certificate
- Bring it to our centre
- Visit the NPC portal
- Go to Services → Foreign Birth Notification
- Fill out the form
- Pay fees online
- Download the certificate
- Bring it to our centre
Key Requirement: You must present a valid electronic copy of the certificate. Without it, NIN enrolment cannot be processed.
