Bring your required documents. Our team will verify everything and complete your biometric capture. Most appointments are finished within 45 to 90 minutes.

Yes. County Service Group is an accredited NIN enrolment centre based in Liverpool, serving Nigerians across North West England including Manchester, Preston, Bolton, Warrington and surrounding areas. Yes. All NIN and BVN appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Walk-in appointments are not available. Booking online ensures your time slot is confirmed and the appropriate equipment is ready for your biometric capture session.
We provide: NIN (National Identification Number) enrolment, NIN data modification and corrections, BVN (Bank Verification Number) enrolment, Nigerian SIM card activation and reactivation, Nigerian bank account opening assistance, Emergency Travel Certificate assistance, and change of name and data correction services.
Most appointments are completed within 45 to 90 minutes, including document verification and biometric capture. NIN appointments may take slightly longer if multiple documents require review. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Yes. County Service Group can assist with NIN enrolment for children born in Nigeria and children born abroad to Nigerian parents. Children must attend in person for biometric capture. Please refer to our NIN page for the specific documents required for child enrolment.
